Event Information

Brain & Body Reboot is a 4-hour wellness experience created as a side event for Techsauce Global Summit attendees. It gives founders, operators, investors, and tech professionals a chance to step away from the conference, recover from mental and physical fatigue, and connect with others in a relaxed environment.

The experience combines a guided cognitive reset session, a Japanese onsen circuit at Yunomori, and a full-body spa treatment to help participants recharge before or after the summit.

What the day looks like

Cognitive Performance Reset with MRP · 90 min
A guided mental training session to clear mental clutter, improve focus, and reset your mind using practical mindfulness techniques. No prior experience required.

Japanese Onsen Circuit at Yunomori · 90 min
Experience a traditional Japanese thermal circuit with hot baths, cold plunge, and relaxation spaces to ease muscle tension, reduce stress, and restore energy.

Full-Body Spa Session · 60 min
Finish the day with a professional full-body massage to deepen relaxation, relieve physical fatigue, and leave feeling refreshed and recharged.

Choose between two sessions:

August 25, 2:00 PM (Pre-Summit): Recover from travel and prepare for the days ahead.
August 29, 2:00 PM (Post-Summit): Unwind after the conference and return home feeling refreshed.

Duration: Approximately 4 hours
Capacity: Maximum 40 guests per session
Eligibility: Open to Techsauce Global Summit attendees and the startup ecosystem
Price: 3,200 THB per person

Meet the Instructors

House of MRP is led by co-founders Lynn Ubonwan and Mod Dusadee, who combine decades of corporate leadership with deep expertise in mindfulness practice. Lynn brings over 20 years of branding and marketing experience to create practical mental training for professionals, while Mod, a former executive and Founding Managing Director of RAKxa Wellness, helps individuals and organizations cultivate presence, resilience, and balanced leadership through body-based awareness.

The Organizer - Heal & Seek

Heal & Seek is a Bangkok-based experience curator creating meaningful wellness journeys that blend mindfulness, culture, and authentic local experiences. Founded by Juice, a Thai entrepreneur, former EdTech co-founder, and certified mindfulness teacher, Heal & Seek connects people with transformative experiences that inspire rest, self-discovery, and genuine connection beyond traditional tourism.

We will not sell your personal data.

We may disclose your personal data only where necessary to:

ticketing platform providers;
payment service providers;
venue operators;
event service providers assisting in the delivery of the Event; or
